Before there were iPhones and tablets, before there was streaming, before wi-fi was like air, all computing was done on the desktop where Internet access was hard-wired. Only people of a certain age will remember this but that’s how it was.

That’s the world in which TechTV was born. A world where people really needed tech-help. The insight that drove this spot was that, for most people, the TV lives in a different room than the computer.
